Enter EU VAT number of the buyer, for whom VAT invoice will be issued. Failure to provide the EU VAT number will result in a fiscal receipt.
Pursuant to Article 28 point 5 of the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on Goods and Services Tax and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), a subsequent desire to issue a VAT invoice with a EU VAT number to the receipt will be impossible.
